1.This product features microcomputer control and hydraulic-driven operation. It utilizes a Chinese character display and human-computer dialogue interface, allowing for manual or semi-automatic operation. The one-point foot switch serves dual functions of starting and emergency stop.
2.Equipped with a three-station layout, this tube end forming machine can simultaneously shrink the tube at three positions. The use of linear guides ensures wear-free movement and excellent repeatability.
3.Processing Shapes: Convex, concave, nodular, long-biased, square, topological, oblique, V-shaped, cracked, and flat. Mold shapes should be tailored to the specific processing requirements.
4.The distance between the two ends is adjustable based on the tube length (applies to double-end forming machines only).
5.Single-end or double-end clamping can be executed depending on the pipe length.
