Jiuqiang Machinery Introduces the 325CNC Automatic Pneumatic Pipe Cutting Machine

Jiuqiang Machinery has introduced its 325CNC Automatic Pneumatic Pipe Cutting Machine, a high-precision solution designed for the efficient batch processing of metal tubes, pipes, profiles, and solid bars.

The machine integrates automatic feeding, pneumatic clamping, cutting, and quantity counting into one system. It supports three cutting positions—-45°, 90°, and +45°—allowing manufacturers to complete both straight and left- or right-side miter cuts on a single machine.

Equipped with a standard 325 mm saw blade, the machine can process round tubes with a maximum diameter of 90 mm, square tubes up to 80 × 80 mm, and solid round bars up to 40 mm in diameter. Customized clamping jaws are also available for round, square, and irregularly shaped profiles.

The 325CNC model features a PLC control system and a touchscreen interface. Operators can digitally set the cutting length, production quantity, and processing parameters, as well as switch between automatic and manual operating modes. Once started, the machine automatically completes material feeding, clamping, cutting, and counting.

A servo motor combined with precision ball-screw transmission delivers feeding accuracy of up to ±0.1 mm, helping maintain consistent cutting lengths throughout batch production. Two saw-blade speed settings are available, while the cutting and feeding speeds can be adjusted independently according to the material, tube diameter, profile shape, and wall thickness.

With its combination of automatic operation, precise positioning, and flexible angle cutting, the 325CNC machine provides a practical solution for furniture production, automotive components, fitness equipment, construction, hardware manufacturing, and metal frame fabrication.
