Hydraulic automatic pipe bending machines are mainly used for laying and repairing pipelines in power construction, highway and railway construction, boilers, bridges, ships, furniture, decoration, and more. They have the characteristics of being multifunctional, having a reasonable structure, simple operation, easy mobility, and quick installation. Before using an automatic pipe bending machine, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the machine's power consumption. Check the grounding of the machine. Do not use copper wires less than 4mm² as grounding wires. Check the machine's power supply, and the voltage should not exceed the specified range; do not operate the machine while plugging in or unplugging the power supply; if it is necessary to check the machine's control circuit, do not use a megohmmeter, otherwise, it will damage the machine's components. The electrical box of the machine should not be placed in a dusty or humid area, and the surrounding environment should be well-ventilated. When unplugging the machine's connector, hold the connector with your hand, do not directly pull the wire. Otherwise, the welding inside the connector will loosen, and the connector will not work properly. Do not use hard objects to collide with the encoder and other fragile parts of the machine, otherwise, the automatic bending machine will be damaged.
