325CNC Pipe Cutting Machine Expands Multi-Industry Cutting Capabilities

Metal components used in furniture, vehicles, fitness equipment, and construction often require tubes cut to different lengths and angles. The Jiuqiang Machinery 325CNC Pneumatic Pipe Cutting Machine supports -45°, 90°, and +45° cutting, enabling both standard straight cuts and accurate left- and right-side miter cuts.

Angle consistency is especially important in frame fabrication and welding preparation because it directly affects fit-up quality during assembly. The 325CNC machine can be equipped with customized clamping jaws to hold round tubes, square tubes, and irregular profiles securely during cutting, helping produce clean and consistent angled ends.

Using a standard 325 mm saw blade, the machine can cut round tubes up to 90 mm in diameter, square tubes up to 80 × 80 mm, and solid round bars up to 40 mm in diameter. It is suitable for the mass production of small and medium-sized tubes, profiles, and bars.

Through the PLC touchscreen, operators can set the cutting length, required quantity, and operating parameters. The machine then automatically performs feeding, clamping, cutting, and quantity counting, reducing repetitive manual work.

Cutting speed, feeding speed, saw-blade speed, and clamping pressure can be adjusted to suit different materials and workpiece specifications. For components longer than a single feeding stroke, the machine can perform repeated servo-feeding cycles. The feeding stroke can also be customized according to specific production requirements.
