   The automatic production line of robotic bending and punching for the armrest tubes of beach chairs has solved the difficulties in the automated production and manufacturing of sports, fitness and leisure products. In the past, when labor costs were relatively low, beach chairs for leisure use were all processed and produced manually. 

    With the continuous expansion of the Chinese and global markets, the demand has been increasing. 

    However, the production capacity of enterprises is limited to a certain extent. Coupled with the continuous annual increase in labor costs, the cost of producing each beach chair is getting higher and higher, while the market competition is becoming even more intense, resulting in a continuous decline in the sales profit of a single beach chair for production enterprises. 

     How can these difficulties be resolved? Enterprises can only reduce the manufacturing cost of beach chairs by continuously improving lean production and strengthening the intensity of automated production.

1. Automatic feeding unit: It can carry out batch feeding of pipe fittings, screen pipe fittings, manage and lift individual pipes, and convey them to the material distribution area.

2. Three-tube automatic conveying unit: It combines three pipe fittings, positions them for the pipe fittings conveyed from the automatic feeder to the material distribution area, and then conveys the pipe fittings in groups of three to the servo bending machine.

3. Servo double-bending machine bending unit: It conducts bending operations on three pipe fittings simultaneously.

4. Robot handling unit: Two Kawasaki robots and one domestic robot are responsible for handling and blanking the pipe fittings (refer to the video for the specific running status).

5. Automatic punching unit: Two automatic punching machines conduct automatic punching operations on three pipe fittings.

6. Automatic blanking frame switching unit: After the robot blanks the materials onto the rack, the system automatically judges. When the number of pipe fittings to be unloaded is reached, the blanking frame receiving end face is automatically switched.
