  4. Cutting Process

The force exerted by the hydraulic system allows the blade to penetrate the pipe material. The cutting speed depends on factors such as the type of pipe material (e.g., steel pipes may cut more slowly than plastic pipes), the thickness of the pipe, and the power of the hydraulic system.

    • As the blade cuts through the pipe, the hydraulic system maintains a consistent pressure to ensure a smooth and even cut. Some machines also have a feed mechanism that controls the rate at which the blade advances into the pipe.
